FREEDOM RIDE RENTAL GUIDELINES

Please review these guidelines before your ride:

• Freedom Ride is designed for experienced jet-ski riders.

• Renters and jet-ski operators must be 18 years or older.

• All riders must complete and sign the rental waiver.

• A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

• Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes before their scheduled reservation for paperwork and a mandatory safety briefing.

• Life jackets must be worn at all times while riding.

• Maximum of two people are permitted on each jet ski.

• The designated rental area is between G.B. Waterway and Port Lucaya Waterway.

• Riders must remain within the designated rental area throughout the entire ride.

• A Coasting Guardian chaser ski will accompany riders for assistance and safety.

• Riders must follow all instructions provided by the Coasting Guardian and Coasting Marine team.

• Maintain a safe distance from swimmers, boats, docks, other jet skis and the shoreline.

• No reckless riding, dangerous turns, or intentionally spraying others.

• Alcohol or drug use before or during the rental is strictly prohibited.

• Rental time begins at the scheduled booking time. Late arrival may reduce your riding time.

• The renter is responsible for damage caused by reckless operation, negligence or failure to follow instructions.

• Rentals may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled when weather or water conditions are unsafe.

• Riders must return to the designated meeting location immediately when the rental time ends.
